Back to the roots. Back to the "mothership."

Due to the significantly cooler climatic conditions in the 2023 vintage, we are focusing more on local fruits this year. Nevertheless, herbal notes of lemon balm once again complement the wine. A lively, full-bodied palate culminates in a long, exciting finish. 2023 is somewhat more restrained in its residual sugar. Almost classically positioned in the medium-dry range, the "mothership" doesn't promise too much this year either.

Join me in celebrating this unique wine from my single plot in the Wolfer Sonnenlay vineyards. It's a very limited edition and will be fully certified organic starting in 2023.
